The Other Wine & Spirits CY is
a brand-driven organization dedicated to the development of
wine and spirits brands. We are the sister company of OVS, the
mastermind behind the Chamarré Brand concept and the
creator of the unique association of the largest wine cooperative
and producers in France's history.
As the U.S. distribution arm of OVS,
OWS has the ability to source and produce wines from all the
regions and grape varietals in France with a federated sourcing
network so large, it has the highest wine production capacity
in France's history. We maintain total control through every
stage of the wine-making process, from grape to wine to bottle,
ensuring quality and consistency. Our objective is to create
and establish leading brands of French wines and spirits in
export markets. We produce attractively priced, high quality
wines that are fun to drink and easy to buy. Integrated marketing
campaigns will support the introduction of these products to
the U.S. market throughout 2006 and 2007.

Hubert Surville, President &
CEO, OWS CY, US Distributor
Hubert has a thorough knowledge of the Wine & Spirits industry,
having devoted 22 years of his career to positions such as Export
Director of Marie Brizard & Roger International, President
& COO of Marie Brizard Wines & Spirits, and most recently
President of the spirits division of Boisset America. Hubert holds
degrees from the Université de Caen and the Institut Superieur
du Marketing, Paris.
Pascal Renaudat, President, OVS
Paris
Pascal is the founder of OVS. He is an established wine industry
veteran, who has accumulated substantial experience as an entrepreneur.
After creating and managing a French distribution company of imported
wines for more than 20 years, Pascal sold his shares in the company
in order to establish OVS.
Michel Boulaire, Vice-President,
OVS Paris
Michel has led a long career dedicated exclusively to the beverage
industry. He has held key positions such as CEO of Moet Hennessy
Diageo France, President of Heidsieck Monopole, partner in the
purchase of Marie Brizard by DSC Capital, MD of Remy Pannier Ackerman,
and most recently CEO of the Val d'Orbieu Group.
Master Winemaker
Renaud Rosari
Renaud Rosari, our world renowned Master Winemaker, has received
several international awards for his past oenological creations
and achievements. Renaud leads a team of Oenologists and winemakers
based in the south of France. Together they ensure that strict
specifications are established for each product, oversee on-site
production to ensure quality and consistency, and proceed to final
verification of all finished products (blends, product presentation).
Renaud holds a PhD in chemistry and spent several years as head
of wines and quality control for the biggest chain in Europe,
Carrefour.
Renaud’s creative talents do not
stop at wine making. He is also an established writer, painter,
and occasional perfume maker - all which greatly enhance and contribute
to his wine making abilities. Renaud strongly believes
that wine in its essence must speak to the heart. His objective
is to uncover the proper “balance” and the most “pure”
taste while delivering the most pleasant experience to the consumer.
