Our
Grande Réserve Chardonnay is a marriage of Chardonnay
grapes, chosen from regions that best allow them to develop
generous and complimentary expressions. Meursault, Pouilly
Fuissé and other Grand Bourgogne Chardonnay grapes
are added to Chardonnay picked at the foothills of the mountains
in the southwest and the southeast of France. Together,
they give birth to a delightful symphony of flavors.
The wine is fresh
and crisp. It is a surprising association of slightly buttered,

aging process, with citrus and tropical fruit aromas. The
long finish is slightly mineral. Enjoy

This wine bears all the marks of a Bordeaux: it is made
from the subtle alliance of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon ,
Cabernet Franc and the uniquely French Petit Verdot. To
the generic AOC, we add wines from the best areas of the
appellation (i.e. St. Emilion, St. Estephe, St. Julien are
added to the generic Bordeaux). The result is a very powerful
and elegant wine.
Enjoy on its own
or with meat or poultry. Delightful with grilled beef. Serve
between 60 and 65°F. |
